Rankin's Jerk is a Bodden Town kitchen built on the food we grew up on — proper Caribbean cooking, hearty Cayman plates, and no shortcuts.
Everything starts with real seasoning — pimento, thyme, scotch bonnet and the spice blends passed down from island kitchens. Our jerk is marinated overnight and grilled slow over flame, the way it's meant to be.
Alongside the jerk, you'll find the classics Cayman families come back for: oxtail and beans, escovitch fish, stewed conch, curried chicken, cowfoot, and a table full of rice and peas, festival, plantain and callaloo.
We cook in real portions, for real appetites. Whether you're grabbing lunch on Shamrock Road, feeding the family on a Friday night, or hosting a Saturday BBQ crowd — you eat with us like you'd eat at home.
